DJ Podje’s diversity as a DJ has earned him a reputation as an entertainer who delivers outstanding entertainment in every performance at an exceptional and professional standard in any genre of music.
Podje started DJing professionally in 1989 for one-off events including 21st, Weddings, Christmas parties, and corporate events.
In late 1989 he secured his first residency in the Deerpark in Clonskeagh where he attracted crowds and made a name for himself as an up-and-coming commercial DJ.
As well as being the resident for the flagship Saturday nights in the “U2” owned Kitchen nightclub he was the resident for the commercial Monday night “DISCO” at the same club.
Podje got into music production in 2000 and was a member of “Ridgewalkers” who produced the track “Find feat El”
This went to number one in the European dance charts in 2002 and rated in the commercial charts in some of the bigger markets including Germany & Poland.
In 1995 Podje branched out into the world of dance music but never forgot his roots in commercial music.
