Will my deposit be transferable to new date?

Yes, if you have already paid your deposit then we will happily transfer that deposit to cover your new date. We want to make this transition as easy and smooth as possible for you.

Will the price remain the same even though the date has changed?

Yes, the band’s price doesn’t change dependent on the date, with the exception of St Stephen’s day and New Year’s Eve.

We still aren’t sure whether our wedding date will change/be canceled, what advice can you offer?

Our no 1 piece of advice here would be to have a plan B in place, just in case. Things can change very quickly, and we are all hoping that life will return to normal before long. But nothing is guaranteed, so to be safe, we recommend doing a little bit of homework and research, just in case things don’t go your way.
Get alternative dates from your venue, check with all your suppliers about alternative dates. The last thing anyone wants is to have to reorganize the whole day with very little notice. Use your time at home now to look into your plan B.
Don’t forget that you can give us a call anytime for some friendly advice -012013660.

I had to change my venue, as they weren’t able to accommodate our new date – Will the band we booked still be able to perform at a different venue?

Yes, all of the wedding bands and musical entertainers travel all over the country, so there is no problem there at all if you need to change your venue. Please do bear in mind that the musicians will sometimes charge a little extra to cover their fuel if the new venue is further from then the original one.

Will my band be available on my new date?

There’s only one way to find out! Ring or email the booker whom you booked the band through originally. They will be able to check the band’s diary and find out for you if they will be available on your new wedding date. As I’m sure you can understand, we are receiving a lot of requests at the moment to change dates for wedding bands and musical entertainers, so the sooner you can get in touch with us with a new date, the better!
