Native
Native is an acoustic duo playing a wide range of music for events, such as Corporate Parties, Wedding Celebrations, and Private Functions.
For two guys the band produces a big sound playing 12 and 6 string guitars. Both musicians are solo singers and harmony singers and have an extensive amount of experience gathered over the years, which will come across throughout their undeniably entertaining set of Rock Anthems and favorites. The duo consists of two very experienced musicians and singers. Ed Holland has fronted rock band Whitewater and has 4 top 20 entries to his credit. He is also a lead singer and co-founder with the top American Country rock band Hurricane Highway.
Kevin Collins, the other half of the duo, is a guitarist with and co-founder of Hurricane Highway. He has also played with some of Ireland’s top artists including Ronnie Drew, Kevin Molloy (Dublin City Ramblers), Matt Molloy of the Chieftains, and fronted top blues band Blues Reactor which was made up of session musicians mostly from the RTE light orchestra. He also appeared with the Buddy Guy Band in Chicago in 2014.
Both have appeared on TV extensively and most recently on the Ray Darcy TV show on RTE 1. Both have toured internationally in both Europe and the United States.
